Abstract: A lopper a lopping assembly mounted to an upper end of a pole, said lopping assembly includes a movable knife and a counter knife. The movable knife is connected via a first transmission and connection assembly to an operating assembly disposed at a lower end of the pole, which is configured to move the movable knife and/or the counter knife in a direction to one another. The operating assembly includes first and second actuating elements. The first actuating element is coupled to the first transmission and connection assembly and the second actuating element is coupled via a second transmission and connection assembly and releasable latching assembly to the first actuating element. Movement of the second actuating element away from the first actuation element causes, via the second transmission and connection assembly, a movement of the first actuating element in said first direction.

Abstract: A handle fastening coupling, preferably for household and gardening implements comprises a guide piece (12) that is pressed into a handle-tube end and has an elongated guide channel (14) for a handle insert pin (3), which has a first end fastened to the implement and second free end, wherein the second end has a lock opening (6); and a locking element (20) that is preloaded by a latch spring (18) in a first radial direction perpendicular to the handle axis and that is designed to snap into the lock opening of the handle insert pin, wherein the locking element can be moved out of the lock opening in the radial direction by an operating button in order to release the handle insert pin (3) to pull it out of the guide channel, is characterized in that at least one pressure cam (7) that is elastically preloaded toward the inside in the radial direction is arranged adjacent to the lock opening (6) in the guide channel (14) of the guide piece (12), which is designed to exert radial forces at an angle to the first radial direction onto a handle insert pin (3) inserted into the guide channel (14).

Abstract: A lopper having a lopping assembly (2) mounted to an upper end of a pole (1), said lopping assembly (2) comprising a movable knife (21) and a counter knife (22).
