    Abstract: A measurement device includes: a light source which emits laser light to irradiate a moving body and which can vary the frequency of the laser light; an interference optical system that separates the laser light into reference light and output light, and generates interference light by interfering the reference light with at least one reflected light beam generated when at least one light beam obtained from the output light is reflected by the moving body; a light detector that detects the interference light; and a processing circuit that processes a signal outputted from the light detector. The processing circuit generates and outputs a plurality of attribute data pertaining to the moving body on the basis of measurement data on the moving body obtained by processing the signal.

    Abstract: An optical filter array is used in a photodetection device that generates image data separately for each of N (where N is an integer greater than or equal to 4) wavelength bands. The optical filter array includes a plurality of optical filters. The plurality of optical filters include plural types of optical filters differing in transmittance from each other in each of the N wavelength bands. Assuming that pi is an average of transmittances of the plurality of optical filters for light in an ith wavelength band (where i is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to N) of the N wavelength bands, a standard deviation of the average μi of the transmittances for the N wavelength bands is less than or equal to 0.13.

    Abstract: A filter array includes filters disposed in a two-dimensional plane and having different transmission spectra. The filters include a first filter with a transmission spectrum having a first peak group including first and second peaks adjacent to each other, and at least one second filter with a transmission spectrum having a second peak group including third and fourth peaks adjacent to each other. Of peaks included in the second peak group, the third peak has a wavelength closest to a wavelength at the first peak. A first interval between the wavelength at the first peak and a wavelength at the second peak is different from a second interval between the wavelength at the third peak and a wavelength at the fourth peak. ΔFSR/σ≥0.25, where ΔFSR denotes an absolute value of a difference between the first and second intervals and σ denotes a half-width of the first peak.

    Abstract: An imaging apparatus includes an image sensor, a filter array disposed on an optical path from a target object to the image sensor and including two-dimensionally-arranged optical filters, and a processing circuit that generates at least four pieces of spectral image data based on an image acquired by the image sensor. The optical filters include various types of optical filters with different spectral transmittance. Each of the at least four pieces of spectral image data indicates an image corresponding to one of at least four wavelength bands. The filter array includes at least one characteristic section. The processing circuit detects a relative position between the filter array and the image sensor based on the at least one characteristic section in the image acquired by the image sensor, and compensates for deviation between the relative position and a preliminarily-set relative position when the processing circuit detects the deviation.
