Abstract: An inductor includes: a magnetic core that includes side surfaces; a coil element that includes a drawing portion which is drawn from the side surface to the outside of the magnetic core; and an electrode member that is plate-shaped, disposed on the side surface and a bottom surface, and electrically connected to the coil element, the magnetic core includes a projection that protrudes in a direction perpendicular to at least one of the side surface or a top surface and a recess that surrounds the projection and is recessed more inward of the magnetic core than the projection, and the electrode member includes a locking portion that includes an opening which penetrates, according to the projection, the electrode member in the direction of thickness of the electrode member, and the locking portion enters the recess to be locked to a locking surface connecting the projection and the recess.

Abstract: An inductor includes: a magnetic core including a magnetic material and having a three-dimensional shape and a side face; a coil element including a metallic material, an embedded portion embedded in the magnetic core, and an end portion exposed from the magnetic core and extending along the side face; and an electrode member including a metallic material, having flexibility, and disposed opposite to the magnetic core across the end portion. The electrode member includes a side face portion disposed along the side face and at least partially overlapping the end portion as viewed in a thickness direction of the side face portion. The electrode member and the magnetic core are adhered via an adhesion layer including resin that is adhesive. The electrode member and the end portion are welded together at least in a part of a region in which the side face portion and the end portion overlap.

The electrode member includes a bottom plate portion located along the bottom surface, a side plate portion located along the side surface, and a first protruding plate portion connected to the side plate portion and protruding in a direction away from the side surface. The drawn portion extends along the side plate portion or the side surface. The first protruding plate portion includes an edge in contact with the drawn portion in an extending direction of the drawn portion. The connection portion includes a first connection portion in which the drawn portion and the edge of the first protruding plate portion are welded together.

Abstract: An inductor includes: a magnetic core including a bottom surface, a top surface, and a side surface; a coil element including a coil portion buried in the magnetic core; an electrode member located outside of the magnetic core and electrically connected to the coil element; a first adhesive adhering the magnetic core and the electrode member; and a second adhesive adhering the magnetic core and the electrode member at a position different from the first adhesive. The electrode member includes a first bottom plate portion overlapping the bottom surface, and a second bottom plate portion connected to the first bottom plate portion and projecting from the side surface. The first adhesive is located between the first bottom plate portion and the bottom surface. The second adhesive is located at a corner between an edge of the side surface on the bottom surface side and the second bottom plate portion.
