    Abstract: In one example, a method for white balancing image data includes obtaining, for a zone of a color space, a mesh defining a plurality of polygons having vertices that are each associated with one or more white balance parameters; identifying a polygon of the plurality of polygons that includes a pixel of the image data; determining one or more white balance parameters for the pixel of the image data based on an interpolation of white balance parameters associated with vertices of the polygon that includes the pixel of the image data; and performing, based on the one or more white balance parameters for the pixel of the image data, a white balance operation on the pixel of the image data.

An example device may include a memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor may be configured to receive a first image of a scene, measure a first illuminant of the first received image, compare the first illuminant and a first illuminant value, determine the scene is changing between the first received image and a previous image based on the comparison, adjust a first AWB convergence rate to a second AWB convergence rate in response to determining the scene is changing, and converge from a first balancing factor to a second balancing factor for one or more white balance operations based on the second AWB convergence rate.

    Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems for automatic white balance are disclosed. In some aspects, a device includes a memory and a processor coupled to a camera and the memory. The processor may be configured to determine a first number of statistics associated with a first frame, cause the camera to perform a first autofocus operation, determine a second number of statistics associated with a second frame during the first autofocus operation, the second number of statistics being less than the first number of statistics, determine a white balance gain based on the first number of statistics and the second number of statistics, and apply the white balance gain to a third frame.

    Abstract: A device may obtain a pixel array representing an image and identify one or more representative metrics for the pixel array. The device may retrieve a first version of a mesh defining a color space, wherein the mesh includes a plurality of vertices and each vertex is associated with a respective set of color balance parameters. The device may identify a point in the color space corresponding to the pixel array based on the one or more representative metrics for the pixel array. The device may receive a tuning input comprising a set of color balance parameters for the point and generate a second version of the mesh by adding the point and the set of color balance parameters to the first version of the mesh. The device may output at least one color-corrected image based at least in part on the second version of the mesh.

    Abstract: An original depth-map of a depth-natural image can be generated. The depth-natural image can include image pixels. The original depth-map can include original depths mapping to one or more of the image pixels. An edge in the depth-natural image can be detected. A supplementary depth can be interpolated based on the original depths and the detected edge. The depth-natural image can be blurred based on the interpolated supplementary depth to generate a depth-artificial image.
