    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer program products for performing operations based on TA timer expiration are provided. An example method may include receiving, from a network entity, a first TAG configuration associated with a first TRP associated with the network entity. The example method may further include receiving, from the network entity, a second TAG configuration associated with a second TRP associated with the network entity, the first TAG configuration and the second TAG configuration being associated with a BWP or a CC, the first TAG configuration being associated with a first time alignment timer and the second TAG configuration being associated with a second time alignment timer. The example method may further include performing one or more timer expiration operations for a serving cell based on at least one of the first time alignment timer or the second time alignment timer.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable medium for UL TCI are provided. An example method may include receiving, from a base station, at least one transmission TCI, the at least one TCI indicating a single UL TCI or two UL TCIs. The example method may further include receiving, from the base station, a first SRS resource set and a second SRS resource set for UL MIMO, the first SRS resource set or the second SRS resource set being associated with the at least one TCI. The example method may further include receiving DCI scheduling one or more uplink transmissions associated with at least one of a first TRP or a second TRP.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message (e.g., downlink control information (DCI), radio resource control) indicating a configuration for a signal, where the configuration may indicates whether the signal is associated with one or more unified transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states of a selected unified TCI codepoint. The UE may receive a first DCI message indicating a set of one or more activated TCI codepoints that are each associated with one or more TCI states, and receive a second DCI message indicating the selected unified TCI codepoint from the set of one or more activated TCI codepoints. The UE may apply a TCI state for communication of the signal in accordance with the configuration.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) are described. The UE may be configured to support uplink power control for multiple random access channel (RACH) procedures. A medium access control layer entity at the UE may maintain multiple sets of counters and parameters for multiple simultaneous RACH procedures. In some cases, the UE may perform simultaneous RACH procedures with network entities associated with different timing advance groups, and the UE may associate the counters and parameters of the RACH procedure with the timing advance group. In other cases, the UE may associate the counters and parameters of the RACH procedure with multiple control resource set pool indexes which may correspond to multiple transmission reception points. Each set of counters may be associated with an uplink power control that the UE may use to determine the PRACH transmission power for each RACH procedure.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive control information from a network entity that includes a configuration for self-interference channel state information (CSI) measurements and self-interference CSI reporting. The control information may additionally include configurations for interference measurements other than self-interference. The UE may perform one or more self-interference CSI measurements and other CSI measurements based on receiving the control information. In some examples, the one or more self-interference CSI measurements may be associated with one or more subbands based on the configuration for self-interference CSI measurements. The UE may transmit one or more CSI reports, including one or more CSI reports associated with self-interference, to a network entity based on performing the one or more CSI measurements.

    Abstract: An apparatus equipped with multiple antenna panels for wireless communication is provided. The apparatus receives a configuration message including a serving cell configuration and a bandwidth part configuration, wherein the serving cell configuration includes first timing advance information for a component carrier, and wherein the bandwidth part configuration includes second timing advance information for a bandwidth part of the component carrier.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may perform an adjustment procedure for one or more frequency resources of an uplink message or a downlink message to avoid collisions within a sub-band full duplex (SBFD) slot. In some cases, the UE may identify that a resource allocation for the downlink message extends over at least a portion of a resource allocation for the uplink message (or a guard band for the uplink message), and may perform the adjustment procedure for the uplink resource allocation. The adjustment procedure may include only using resources of the uplink resource allocation that do not overlap resources of the downlink resource allocation, shifting the uplink resource allocation within an uplink sub-band, or both. Additionally, or alternatively, such techniques may be extended to adjust the downlink resource allocation, for example, based on a type of the downlink message.
