    Abstract: A monitor including a display device, a circuit board and a time controller (TCON) is provided. The display device includes a display panel and a backlight module. The backlight module is disposed opposite to the display panel and has a rear surface. The circuit board includes a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is connected to the display panel, and the second end is located on the rear surface of the backlight module. The TCON is connected to the second end of the circuit board, and the TCON and the backlight module are disposed in nonparallel.

    Abstract: A light source module for providing an illumination light is presented. The light source module comprises a case, a light source, at least one first fan blade, a wavelength transforming unit and a driver. The case has an accommodation space, and the light source provides an excitation light to the accommodation space. The first fan blade and the wavelength transforming unit are disposed in the accommodation space. The wavelength transforming unit receives the excitation light from the light source. The excitation light is transformed into the illumination light through the wavelength transforming unit. The driver includes a driving shaft and a stator for rotating the driving shaft. The stator is located outside the accommodation space. The driving shaft passes through the case and connects to at least one first fan blade. A first air flow is generated by the first fan blade driven by the stator rotating the driving shaft. The first air flow flows inside the case. A projector is also provided.

    Abstract: A barcode decoding method includes steps of capturing an image of a barcode; dividing the image into a plurality of blocks and dividing the blocks into a plurality of longitudinal regions; calculating a representative gray level for each of the blocks; dividing at least one of the longitudinal regions into a relative majority region and a relative minority region; defining one of the relative majority region and the relative minority region as a normal region and defining the other of the relative majority region and the relative minority region as an abnormal region; selecting a block from each of the normal regions to set a scanning line; and performing a binarization algorithm for a gray level distribution of the scanning line to decode the barcode.
