摘要： A three-way changeover valve construction having a housing means provided with an inlet and a pair of outlets. A pair of valve seats are carried by the housing for respectively controlling fluid flow from the inlet through the outlets. A pair of valve members are provided for respectively controlling the valve seats with the valve members being operatively associated together to move substantially in unison relative to the valve seats in response to a condition sensed by a condition responsive device. A change-over device is operatively associated with the valve members to position the same to act respectively on one side of the pair of valve seats or on the other side of the pair of valve seats to change the valve construction from a cooling function thereof to a heating function thereof in response to a temperature change in the flowing medium.

摘要： A heat exchanger system having a flow path for heat exchanger treated air of one condition thereof to be directed to an area that is to be conditioned by heated air and having damper means therein for controlling the flow of treated air through the flow path in accordance with the temperature of the air in the area being sensed by a temperature sensing unit for controlling the damper means. A control device is provided for causing the temperature sensing unit to sense only the temperature of the treated air in the flow path when the condition of the treated air is reversed from said one condition thereof to another condition thereof whereby the damper means will then be under control of the temperature of the treated air rather than under the control of the temperature of the air in the air being treated thereby.

摘要： A pneumatically operated diverting relay construction having first and second pilot relays and a diverting valve operatively associated together, the first pilot relay causing the diverting valve to switch from one condition thereof to another condition thereof when a pneumatic signal that is directed to the first pilot relay reaches a certain high value. The second pilot relay causes the diverting valve to switch from the other condition thereof back to the one condition thereof when the pneumatic signal decreases to a certain low value.
