Abstract:
A chain conveyor formed from a plurality of modules or links (1a, b, c) connected together by pins c2a, b) which are inserted through holes (4, 4A) present in the modules or links (1a, b, c) and are prevented from escaping by axially counteracting elements (5) mounted in seats (6) also present in the modules or links (1a, b, c), in which the axially counteracting elements (5) present a flexible tang (5c) which, when the axially counteracting element is mounted in the seat (6), intersects an end portion (4A) of the holes (4, 4A) through which the pin (2a, b, c) is inserted, to thus prevent the pin withdrawing from the holes (4, 4A), such withdrawal however being enabled by deflecting the flexible tang (5).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a modular wall system for accumulation stations for conveying lines for products having a plurality of first and second components so that each of the first components have a face defined by a plurality of rollers, each one of the first components being structured and arranged so that it is attachable to another first component in end to end abutment and also attachable to another first component in face to face abutment. Each of the second components is selectively attachable to a first component.
Abstract:
A support structure for the return section of at least one conveyor, comprising including serpentine slat elements, support members for supporting said serpentine elements, and transverse members to which the support members are coupled, each slat element (1) being supported independently of the others by its own independent support members (2, 3); the support members (2, 3) comprise, on their lower edge, means (5, 5A) for their snap-coupling to the transverse members (6); the snap-coupling means being formed in such a manner as to enable the support members to be coupled by pressing them onto the transverse members downwards from above.
Abstract:
A wall element incorporating idle rollers, presenting a body with seats into which stationary pins carrying idle rollers are snap-fitted; said body presents two parts (22, 30), of which one is the lower base part (22) and the other the upper base part (30), these being structurally separate, but connected together by just the pins (10, 21), which present end portions (15, 15A) transversely wider than adjacent portions (11a, 21a) provided for their snap-fitting into seats (12a,b,c; 22a,b,c) in said two parts (22, 30), said wider portions (15, 15A) abutting against said seats to prevent any movement of said parts (22, 30) in the axial direction of the pins (10, 21).
Abstract:
A clamp for locking at least one pin (12) or the like, for use in conveyor belts or conveying devices in general, comprising a body (1) provided with coaxial apertures (5) and housing, slidable but unable to rotate, a spring-loaded (7) movable member (9) which is provided with a through hole (10) to be aligned with the apertures (5) for the passage of the pin (12) and connected axially to a control knob (11), in which the body (1) presents a portion (2) of rectilinear axis (X) and a connection portion (3) terminating with an at least approximately flat face (4) which forms with the rectilinear axis (X) an angle (a) less than 90°, the common axis (6) of the coaxial apertures (5) being substantially perpendicular to the plane in which the face (4) lies.
Abstract:
A connection element for at least two components (15, 7) of a conveyor support or guide structure, of the type comprising a body (1) presenting a first element (2) having first (3) for removably fixing a portion (15A) of one (15) of said components, and a second element (5) having second part (6) for removably fixing a tubular portion (7A) of said other component (7), in which the first and second fixing (3, 6) are distinct and separated from each other, the first fixing (3) having a plurality of slotted apertures (3A-D), and the second fixing (6) having an expansion member (8) able to expand within said tubular portion (7A) to fix it to said second element (5).
