Abstract: Disclosed is a manufacturing method for a bio-sensor. The present manufacturing method comprise the steps of: preparing an acidic solution comprising an enzyme and a molecule containing a catechol group; an immersing electrodes in the acidic solution and applying a voltage to the electrodes, thereby attaching a structure, which is generated by a reaction of the enzyme and the molecule containing a catechol group, to the electrodes.
