摘要: A tool turret has a housing (1), a turret head (2) rotatable relative to the housing (1) by a drive. Two toothed rims (4, 9″) are arranged coaxial to the rotational axis of the turret head (2). One rim (4) is connected fixedly to the turret head (2). The other rim (9″) is connected fixedly to the housing (1). A locking part (24) can be moved axially relative to the housing (1) and to the turret head (2), with the toothing system (24′) oriented towards the two toothed rims (4, 9″). In the locked position, the locking part is in engagement with the rims as a positively locking connection. A pressure fluid control actuates the movement of the locking part (24). An additional frictionally locking connection (73) is established between the housing (1) and the turret head (2) by a frictionally locking device (67).

摘要: A coupling device is for the reversible establishment of a drive connection between a driving unit (13) of a tool turret and a driven unit (46) of a tool receptacle (36) attached to the tool turret and in which a machining tool is able to be received. In a coupling position, a drive shaft (14) of the driving unit (13) is engaged by way of its external toothing (32) with an internal toothing of a driven shaft (44) of the driven unit (46). For a collision-free orientation of the external toothing (32) with respect to the internal toothing, before coupling, an aligning device is used. The orienting device passes through parts of the driven shaft (44) and has a control on one side for the cooperation with the drive shaft (13) and an aligner that is actuable by the control on the other side. The aligner is securable to the tool receptacle.

摘要: A positioning device positions a tool holder (12, 14, 16, 18) on a tool turret (6) of a machine tool by positioning pins (10). The positioning pins are secured to the tool turret (6) and engage with receptacles (40) on the tool holder (6) when the tool holder (12, 14, 16, 18) is attached to the tool turret (6). At least one of the receptacles of the tool holder (6) is formed by a sleeve (40), with which the assignable positioning pin (10) engages in the mounted state while contacting the inner circumferential surface (58) of the sleeve (40). The inner circumferential surface (58) is part of an expanding part (56), which, when the pin (10) engages, expands elastically and flexibly away from the pin (10).

摘要: A tool turret, in particular intended for use in a machine tool, is for an automated tool change process. In a work station (7) of the pivotable tool disk (5), a holder (9) intended for receiving a machining tool (15) can be attached to the tool disk (5) in a re-detachable manner by a clamping device (31) assigned to the work station (7). In an adjusting position of the tool disk (5) that differs from the working position (11), the respective clamping device (31) can be activated or deactivated, while leaving the holder (9) on the tool disk (5). In a changing position of the tool disk different from the working (11) and adjusting positions (57), the clamping device (31) unlocks the holder (9) in such a way that the holder can be removed from the tool disk (5) and replaced with another holder (9) to be used.
