Abstract: An operating device for a human-powered vehicle comprises a base member and an operating member. The base member includes an accommodating structure configured to accommodate a power supply defining a radial direction. The operating member is pivotally coupled to the base member about a pivot axis. Abstract: An operating device comprises a base member and an operating member. The base member is configured to be mounted to one of a dropdown portion and a bar end portion of a handlebar. The base member includes a cylinder bore and a reservoir bore. The cylinder bore has a cylinder center axis. The reservoir bore has a reservoir center axis. The operating member is pivotally coupled to the base member about a pivot axis. The cylinder center axis is offset from the reservoir center axis in a pivot axis direction parallel to the pivot axis and in a perpendicular direction perpendicular to both the pivot axis and the cylinder center axis.
