Abstract: A communication device includes: a communication unit that, while wirelessly communicating in a first communication mode using a first resource of a predetermined frequency channel, wirelessly communicates in a second communication mode in which a lower delay is required than in the first communication mode using a second resource at least partially overlapping the first resource on a frequency axis and a time axis; and a notification unit that notifies a reception destination in the first communication mode, of the second resource.
