Abstract: A mother substrate for touch screen panel includes a plurality of sensing patterns disposed in an active area, a plurality of first pads disposed in an non-active area surrounding the active area, a plurality of position detecting lines disposed in an non-active area and connecting the sensing patterns and the first pads and a plurality of second pads connected to the first pads. The first pads are spaced apart from each other by a first width. The second pads are spaced apart from each other by a second width more than the first width.
