    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. One inventive aspect includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a first insulation layer, a metal layer and a second insulation layer formed on the first insulation layer. The metal layer is formed on the first insulating layer and has a first through hole. The second insulation layer is formed on the metal layer and has a second through hole. The inventive aspect further includes a sealing member formed by filling the first and second through hole so as to seal the first substrate to the second substrate.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes a scan line, a data line, a switching transistor, a driving transistor, and an organic light emitting diode. The switching transistor is connected to the scan line and the data line. The driving transistor is connected to the switching transistor. The organic light emitting diode is connected to the driving transistor. A switching contact hole connects the switching source electrode of the switching transistor to the data line and overlaps an outline of the switching source electrode.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, first and second active patterns, and first and second sub-pixel structures. The substrate has a first sub-pixel circuit region including a first driving transistor region and a second sub-pixel circuit region including a second driving transistor region.
