    Abstract: An electronic device includes a display panel including a base layer, a circuit element layer including a buffer layer, a transistor, at least one insulating layer on the buffer layer, and a first metal pattern on the at least one insulating layer and overlapping the margin area, a display element layer including an organic layer between a first electrode and a second electrode, and a light emitting device overlapping a pixel area, wherein an electrode opening corresponding to the margin area is defined in the second electrode, and an encapsulation layer on the display element layer. An insulation opening is defined to be overlapped between an edge of the second electrode defined an electrode opening and the first metal pattern in the at least one insulating layer, and exposes a portion of the buffer layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel that has a first region, a second region adjacent to the first region, and a third region adjacent to the second region. The display panel includes a base layer, a first pixel including a first emission element in the first region and a first pixel circuit in the second region, a metal layer disposed between the base layer and the first emission element a second pixel in the second region, and a third pixel in the third region. The first emission element includes a first pixel electrode, a first emission layer on the first pixel electrode, and a common electrode on the first emission layer. The first pixel electrode extends beyond an edge of the metal layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including: a first display region; a main display region; first light-emitting elements at the first display region; a connection part at the first display region, and connecting adjacent first light-emitting elements from among the first light-emitting elements to each other; and a light blocking pattern overlapping with the connection part in a plan view. The light blocking pattern includes: a first light blocking pattern spaced from the first light-emitting elements with a first gap between the first light blocking pattern and adjacent ones of the first light-emitting elements, the first light blocking pattern being located at the same layer as that at which at least a portion of each of the first light-emitting elements is located; and a second light blocking pattern under the first light blocking pattern, at least a portion of the second light blocking pattern overlapping with the first gap.

    Abstract: A deposition apparatus is capable of checking, in real time, the thickness or uniformity of a thin layer which is formed. The deposition apparatus includes a moving unit to which a substrate is detachably fixed. A conveyer unit conveys the moving unit in a first direction or in an opposite direction to the first direction. A deposition unit includes at least one deposition assembly for depositing a deposition material on the substrate. A discharge data acquisition unit acquires data associated with the amount of the deposition material discharged per unit time from the at least one deposition assembly. A transmission unit transmits the data acquired by the discharge data acquisition unit.
