Abstract: Provided is a display device for providing a constant brightness for each area by including an area sensing part configured to determine a position value of an input image in the display device, and determine an area range according to the position value to output an area value, a gradation value determining part configured to output a first gradation value corresponding to a brightness of the input image according to the area value, a control part configured to output a corrected gradation value corresponding to the first gradation value, and a display part configured to display a corrected image having the corrected brightness corresponding to the corrected gradation value.
