Disclosed are an organic light-emitting diode and an organic light-emitting display device including the same. The organic light-emitting diode includes: a first electrode; a second electrode disposed opposite to the first electrode; a light-emitting layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a hole transport region disposed between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer; and an electron transport region disposed between the light-emitting layer and the second electrode; the hole transport region including at least two layers, and one of the at least two layers is in contact with the first electrode and is a self-crystallizing material-containing layer.

The organic light-emitting diode includes: a first electrode; a second electrode disposed opposite to the first electrode; and an organic layer interposed between the first electrode and the second layer and including a hole transport region, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport region, and a diffusion barrier layer, wherein the diffusion barrier layer includes one or more diffusion barrier materials including a 6- to 20-membered N-heterocyclic aromatic compound, a lithium complex, and/or a phosphine oxide-based compound.

The capping layer may include at least one high refractive-index layer and at least two low refractive-index layers having thicknesses different from each other.

An organic electroluminescent device includes a plurality of main pixels. Each of the main pixels includes red, green, and blue sub-pixels. Each of the sub-pixels includes a first electrode, a second electrode opposite to the first electrode, and an organic light emitting layer between the first and second electrode. The organic light emitting layer of each of the sub-pixels includes a blue light emitting layer and a green light emitting layer. Optical microresonator distances of the red, green, and blue sub-pixels are different from each other.
