Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate, a first organic insulating layer, a second organic insulating layer, and a pixel defining layer. The substrate includes a first area that includes a display area, a line area, a transmission area, and a second area adjacent to the first area. The first organic insulating layer is arranged over the substrate of the first area and includes a first hole corresponding to the transmission area. The second organic insulating layer is arranged over the first organic insulating layer of the first area and includes a second hole corresponding to the transmission area. The pixel defining layer is arranged over the second organic insulating layer of the first area and includes a third hole corresponding to the transmission area.
