    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a pixel, a driving controller that receives an image signal and outputs an image data signal in which the image signal is compensated, and a data driving circuit that provides the pixel with a data signal corresponding to the image data signal. The driving controller includes a memory, a hysteresis calculator that calculates a current hysteresis state value of a current frame based on the image signal and a previous hysteresis state value of a previous frame, which is stored in the memory, and stores the current hysteresis state value in the memory, and a compensator that calculates a compensation value based on the image signal and the previous hysteresis state value stored in the memory and compensates for the image signal depending on the compensation value to output the image data signal.

    Abstract: A data driver includes a ramp signal generator generating a first ramp signal and a second ramp signal, a counter generating a count signal based on a clock signal, and channels each generating a data signal based on the first ramp signal, the second ramp signal, and the count signal. Each channel includes a latch circuit dividing the image data into a first partial data and a second partial data and latching the first and the second partial data, a duplication driver generating first and second reference signals by duplicating the first and second ramp signals, a digital-analog converter generating a driving signal corresponding to a first partial data based on the first and second reference signals, and an output circuit sampling the driving signal by comparing the second partial data with the count signal to output the data signal.

    Abstract: A data compensating circuit includes a stress data generating block which generates stress data for each pixel based on input image data or output image data, a memory control block which updates accumulated stress data for each pixel, a first compensating block which reads the accumulated stress data for each pixel from a first non-volatile memory device to generate afterimage compensation data for each pixel, a compensation data summing block which reads optical compensation data for each pixel from a second non-volatile memory device to generate luminance compensation data for each pixel by summing the afterimage compensation data for each pixel and the optical compensation data for each pixel, an internal memory device which stores the luminance compensation data for each pixel, and a second compensating block which generates the output image data by compensating for the input image data based on the luminance compensation data for each pixel.

    Abstract: A biometric information detecting device includes a measurer, a determiner, a controller, and a processor. The measurer measures biometric information of a user as an electrical signal. The determiner is connected to the measurer to receive the electrical signal, processes the electrical signal according to a first reference condition to output a first result signal, and processes the electrical signal according to a second reference condition to output a second result signal. The controller controls the determiner such that the determiner is operated in the first reference condition or the second reference condition, and the processor processes the first and second result signals to obtain the biometric information of the user.
