Abstract: An electronic device including: a base layer; a circuit layer on the base layer, the circuit layer including pixel drive circuits and an insulating layer covering the pixel drive circuits; and a light emitting element layer on the circuit layer, the light emitting element layer including light emitting elements respectively electrically connected to the pixel drive circuits. The light emitting elements include first through third light emitting elements respectively including first through third pixel electrodes. The insulating layer has first through third upper surface portion respectively overlapping the first through third pixel electrodes, and degrees of flatness of the first, second, and third upper surface portions differ from one another.
