Abstract: According to aspects of the inventive concepts, there is provided a method of manufacturing a semiconductor package, the method including forming a conductive layer on a first redistribution substrate, forming, on the conductive layer, a resist film having an opening, wherein the opening extends through the resist film to expose an organic residue, and wherein an oxide film is provided between the conductive layer and the organic residue, removing the organic residue by adding an alcohol solution into the opening, removing the oxide film by adding an acid solution into the opening, and forming a conductive post in the opening, wherein the oxide film is provided on the conductive layer, and the oxide film and the conductive layer include a same metal material.
