Abstract: A method of allowing a local Driving Assistance Service (DAS) center within a base station to provide a DAS to a vehicle by using a communication network is provided. The method includes receiving, from a vehicle terminal, local DAS information and surrounding information of the vehicle, generating Analyzed-local (A-local) DAS information by using the received local DAS information, and transmitting, when the DAS is provided by using the generated A-local DAS information, the A-local DAS information to the vehicle terminal.
