摘要： This invention relates to polyurethane elastomers and to a process for their production. These elastomers comprise the reaction product of a polyisocyanate component comprising an allophanate modified (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanate which has an NCO group content of about 15 to about 35% or a prepolymer thereof, with an isocyanate-reactive component comprising a low unsaturation polyether polyols, a low molecular weight organic compound containing two hydroxyl groups and which is free of amine groups, and, optionally, one or more organic compounds having a molecular weight of about 200 to about 500, a hydroxyl functionality of 3 to 4 and comprising an amine-initiated polyether polyol.

These elastomers comprise the reaction product of a (cyclo)aliphatic isocyanate component having an NCO group content of about 20 to about 45%, with an isocyanate-reactive component comprising one or more low unsaturation polyether polyols, a low molecular weight organic compound containing two hydroxyl groups and which is free of amine groups, and, optionally, one or more organic compounds having a molecular weight of about 200 to about 500, a hydroxyl functionality of 3 to 4 and comprising an amine-initiated polyether polyol.

摘要： This invention relates to solid elastomers which exhibit reduced dimensional shrinkage, and to a process for the production of these elastomers. These elastomers comprise the reaction product of a polyisocyanate component or prepolymer, with an isocyanate-reactive component comprising a high molecular weight component having an EO cap having less than 17% by wt., a chain extender and optionally, a crosslinker, in the presence of at least one catalysts. These solid elastomers are produced via the reaction injection molding process in a closed mold, preferably at an isocyanate index of about 70 to about 130.
