Abstract: The present invention provides a color conversion sheet comprising: a first wavelength conversion layer in which an organic phosphor is dispersed in a resin matrix; and an adhesive layer disposed on one surface of the first wavelength conversion layer, in which a surface energy of the first wavelength conversion layer is different from a surface energy of the adhesive layer so that the organic phosphor does not diffuse into the adhesive layer.
