摘要： The present invention is intended to provide a metal gasket material plate with which exfoliation of the coating or blister can be prevented even if it is used in the presence of an electrolyte aqueous solution and which can be manufactured through a process without use of hexavalent chromium in consideration of the environment, etc.The present, invention relates to a metal gasket material plate comprising a metal plate 1 having a rubber layer 4 on one side or both sides thereof through an adhesive layer 3, wherein a rust-resistant pigment is added to both of said adhesive layer 3 and said rubber layer 4.

摘要： A laminated-type metal gasket material plate includes a metal plate having two sides, a rubber layer, a layer of a surface preparation agent free from hexavalent chromium, and an adhesive layer. The layer of the surface preparation agent is coated on at least one side of the plate. The adhesive layer attaches the rubber layer and is provided on the layer of the surface preparation agent. Both the adhesive layer and the rubber layer contain a rust-resistant pigment.

摘要： A seat rail structure for a motorcycle having sufficient strength and rigidity while achieving a weight reduction of a vehicle body. A seat rail structure of a motorcycle includes a main frame and a seat rail formed of magnesium alloy to be secured to the main frame. The seat rail includes a pair of left and right side wall portions extending rearwardly from the main frame, and a plurality of connecting portions formed into a substantially angular C-shape in cross section or into a substantially H-shape in cross section for connecting the left and right side wall portions. At least part of the connecting portions are connected at a level flush with or above the upper surface of the side wall portions. The side wall portions and the connecting portions are integrally formed by die casting.

A vehicle body frame is provide with an alumite treating, showing that brightness and appearance of pivot plates which are die cast products differ from those of non-die cast products, head pipes, longitudinal pipes and cross pipe. By carrying out a local coating treatment on the pivot plates, the pivot plates are provided with a color the same as that of the pipe, the longitudinal pipes and the cross pipe. By making die cast products portion of constituent parts, the fabrication cost of the vehicle body frame can be reduced.

摘要： An isocyanate-curing coating material is disclosed which essentially consists of (A) an agent formed of a hydroxyl group-containing polymer having a weight average molecular weight in the range of 1000-20000 and (B) a polyisocyanate compound as a curing agent containing at least three isocyanate groups in the molecular unit thereof and having a weight average molecular weight in the range of 400-3000 and incorporating (A) the agent and (B) the curing agent in such amounts that the isocyanate groups in (B) the curing agent amounts to 0.5-2 equivalent weights per equivalent weight of the hydroxyl group in (A) the agent. A method for spray coating the isocyanate-curing coating material is also disclosed which comprises the steps of mixing (A) the agent with (B) the curing agent in a coating device, heating the resultant mixture therein to a temperature in the range of 35-80.degree. C., and spraying the hot mixture directly on a given object with the coating device.
