    Abstract: Disclosed is an optical filter and a method of manufacturing the same, the optical filter including a tempered glass substrate and an optical filter formed on upper and lower surfaces of the tempered glass substrate and the method including: forming a sheet-cutting portion on a base glass substrate on a per-cell basis; tempering the base glass substrate such that upper and lower surfaces of the base glass substrate are tempered and a side portion thereof is tempered through the sheet-cutting portion as well; forming an optical filter layer on each of upper and lower surfaces of the base glass substrate; and dividing the base glass substrate into cells where each cell serves as a cell-based optical filter.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a near-infrared filter. The near-infrared filter includes a filter-support-seat body including a quadrangular pillar cell region and a dummy region which surrounds the cell region and which is gradually reduced in size from the cell region, and an optical-filter-subdivision layer covering the cell region and the dummy region at a front side and a rear side of the filter-support-seat body based on the path of a light beam which is incident on the front side and penetrates the rear side in the filter-support-seat body. The dummy region has a chamfered side that is slanted obliquely in at least one side of the front side and the rear side of the filter-support-seat body. Further, a method of manufacturing the near-infrared filter is disclosed for each process step.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an optical-filter-cell-array structure and a method of manufacturing the same. An optical filter which includes an optical filter layer for blocking light of a specific wavelength formed on an upper side or a lower side of a tempered glass substrate is provided in the form of a cell array. The method includes forming a sheet-cutting part according to the form of a cell array on a mother glass substrate, tempering the mother glass substrate so that a lateral side of the mother glass substrate is tempered through the sheet-cutting part while an upper side and a lower side of the mother glass substrate are tempered, and forming an optical filter layer on the upper side or the lower side of the mother glass substrate.
