摘要： A scheduler device may receive a request to download a content item to a user equipment via a communication network, identify a download path from a storage device of the content item to the user equipment, with the download path including a network device of the communication network. The scheduler device may further determine a duration of time to allocate for downloading of the content item, with the duration of time being determined based on subscriber information associated with the user equipment, the download path, and a size of the content item. Further, the scheduler device may allocate, for the duration of time, a resource of the network device to download the content item to the user equipment via the download path.
