摘要： The present invention relates to a structurally novel [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b][1,2,4]triazine compounds represented by formula (I) or formula (II), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, prodrugs thereof, hydrates or solvates thereof, and also relates to a preparation method of the compounds, a pharmaceutical composition including a therapeutically effective amount of the compounds, as well as the use thereof as protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors, particularly as c-Met inhibitors, in the preparation of medicaments for the prevention and/or treatment of diseases associated with c-Met abnormality.
