Abstract: The industrial roll according to the invention includes a core member made of a metal, a first adhesive layer formed in contact with an outer surface of the core member, a second adhesive layer formed on an outer surface side of the first adhesive layer, and a cover member formed in contact with an outer surface of the second adhesive layer and made of an elastic material. The first adhesive layer is made of a material with better adhesive properties to the core member than to the cover member, and the second adhesive layer is made of a material with better adhesive properties to the cover member than to the core member.
