Abstract: Disclosed is a method for measuring an unauthorized carrier, wherein a network-side device determines an available channel of an unauthorized carrier according to an available state and the availability of an unauthorized carrier channel, and indicates to a user equipment (UE) to measure the available channel, and the UE measures the available channel of the unauthorized carrier indicated by the network-side device and reports a measurement result to the network-side device. At the same time, further disclosed are a system for measuring an unauthorized carrier, a network-side device, a UE and a computer storage medium.
