Abstract:
A device for suspending plumbing components such as a pipe elbow or a high ear 90 elbow between the studs of a wall and retarding propagation of sound between the plumbing components and the wall has a main body or housing formed of a semi-resilient material which is incapable of transmitting a sound from a first location in this body to a second location also in the body. A first member which attaches to the wall or a strip of plumbers tape extending between the studs is attached to the body at the first location. A second member which attaches to the plumbing components is attached to the body at the second location. The first and second members are connected to the body at their respective locations such that a parallel portion of the first member is parallel with, but is not coplanar with, a parallel portion of the second member. The non-coplanar positioning of the portions of the first and second members spaces the attachment of the plumbing component out of the plane of attachment to the support surface or plumbers tape.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of toilet equipment, particularly to a toilet. The toilet includes a toilet body, a water tank, an air isolation device, and a water pump, wherein the toilet body is provided thereon with a spout directly facing a sewage exit; the water pump is configured to draw water from the water tank, a water outlet of the water pump is in communication with the spout of the toilet body via the air isolation device, and the air isolation device is configured to block reverse flow of sewage from the spout of the toilet body to the water tank.
Abstract:
A stopper of a bathroom sink or tub includes a shank removably connected to a base part which is connected to the sink or tub and has a drain hole. A cap is connected to the shank and has a flange that extends radially from the cap. A connection portion is formed on the underside of the flange. A seal part is connected to the connection portion and includes a support ring and a collar. The support ring has at least one hook member formed in the inner periphery thereof so as to be connected to the connection portion of the cap. A positioning portion extends from radially from the support ring. The collar is a rubber collar and has a groove in the inner periphery thereof. The positioning portion of the support ring is engaged with the groove to prevent the collar from deformation and generating noise.
Abstract:
A valve having a diverting cartridge with an integral pressure balance for tubs, spouts and shower heads comprising of a housing having an opening to receive a cartridge, wherein the housing has a cold water inlet, a hot water inlet, and a shower outlet and a spout outlet. The cartridge has a cylindrical body with a plurality of cold water inlet apertures, a plurality of hot water inlet apertures and an outlet aperture designed on the cylindrical body. The hot and cold water inlet apertures of the cartridge are in alignment with the inlets of the housing for allowing hot and cold water to enter to the cartridge. A stationary sleeve with a cylindrical body is sized and placed inside the cartridge. The stationary sleeve has a plurality of first-apertures for hot water inlet, a plurality of second-apertures for tempered water outlet, and a plurality of third-apertures for cold water inlet. A movable shuttle is designed and placed inside the stationary sleeve, wherein the movable shuttle has a cylindrical-shuttle body with three annular portions and two conduits for hot and cold waters, wherein the two conduits are not connected to each other. Thereby, the hot water or cold water pressures inside the sleeve regulate the position of the movable shuttle.
Abstract:
A shower system includes a shower waterway and a fluid control valve. The shower waterway is configured to be coupled to a shower device. The fluid control valve is coupled to the shower waterway and comprises a valve body and a piston. The valve body includes a chamber and a reservoir. The piston is slidably coupled to the valve body and fluidly separates the chamber from the reservoir. The chamber includes a compressible gas. The piston is configured to slidably translate within the valve body to compress the compressible gas in response to a water pressure fluctuation in the shower waterway.
Abstract:
A water faucet with function of noise reduction and pressure adjustment, comprising an adjusting element including a guiding pipe and a water valve, wherein the guiding pipe is formed with a flowing channel that runs through the both sides of the guiding pipe, and the guiding pipe is formed with a assembling opening perpendicular to the periphery of the guiding pipe, and is connected with the flowing channel, and the water valve is installed in the guiding pipe by inserted into the flowing channel through the assembling opening; a outflowing element, which is located at the adjusting element where the flowing channel is gradually reduced, is connected with the flowing channel, wherein a outflowing unit is assembled with the outflowing element by the side opposite to the side screwed to the adjusting element.
Abstract:
A sanitary fitting (1) formed from a multi-wall housing (2) which can be inserted into a sanitary water pipe is provided that has at least two adjacent walls (6,7) surrounding an inner region (8). The fitting includes a checj valve , and one wall of the housing (2) is a tubular wall (7) formed of a flexible and/or elastic material. In order to relieve pressure when the check valve is closed and the fluid volume is sealed in on the outflow side, the housing wall (7) can be moved towards the adjacent housing wall (6), compressing the at least one inner region (8), or can be spaced apart from the adjacent housing wall (6) or moved away from same, enlarging the at least one inner region (8).
