    摘要: An electronic locking system provided with an electronic lock may include a lock detecting part to detect locking condition of the lock; a power outage-detecting part to detect power outage; a charging part to supply electric power to the lock during power outage; a power-supplying part to supply power to the lock and charging part; and a switching part structured such that power is supplied to the lock from the power-supplying part in a primary state, and power is supplied to the electronic lock from said charging part in a secondary state. The switching part is in said primary state during normal operation where no power outage is detected. The switching part is structured such that, when power outage is detected, said switching part is switched from said primary state to said secondary state.

    摘要: A door opener for closed and open circuit current operation has a door opener latch, switchover means mounted to move in a first rotary bearing for blocking and releasing the latch, armature adjustable about a second rotary bearing for blocking or releasing the switchover means, electromagnet for adjusting the armature, and restoring spring moving the armature to an inoperative position when the electromagnet is in the unenergized state. The switchover means has a blocking cross section facing the armature, and an adjacent release cross section recessed behind the blocking cross section. The armature has a plate-like design and a blocking recess in the central section merging with a slot-like release recess in the end section averted from the second bearing, the blocking cross section corresponding to the blocking recess and the release cross section corresponding to the release recess. The vertical distance between the first and second bearings is variable.

    摘要: An electrically powered lock, e.g. an electric strike, includes a housing and a latch mounted with respect to the housing so as to be pivotable about a latch axis between an open position and a locking position. The latch has a latch face and a segment that projects laterally of both the latch axis and the latch face. A locking element is mounted for rotation about a lock axis normal to but offset from the latch axis for selectively blocking the laterally projecting segment to hold the latch in the locking position or allowing the latch to move to the open position to thereby place the lock respectively in a locked condition or an unlocked condition. An electrically powered driver is disposed within the housing laterally of the latch axis actuable in a direction generally parallel to the latch axis for effecting rotation of the locking element.

    摘要: A lockable keeper arm extends across an opening of a door strike housing. A pivotally mounted transmission lever releasably engages the keeper arm. A pivotally mounted release lever releasably engages the transmission lever. An actuator engages the release lever at a point between the release lever pivot and the transmission lever and drives the release lever between alternate positions in either fail-safe and fail-secure modes. The actuator engagement point may be closer to the release lever pivot point than the transmission lever engagement point. A stop limits travel of the release lever and may be positioned in alternate positions. In alternate positions, the primary lever unlocks the keeper arm when the actuator is either energized or de-energized, placing the strike in fail-safe or fail-secure modes. Magnets may be mounted inside the housing to attract metal particles. The actuator may be an electric solenoid or a motor.

    摘要: A system for moving a barrier protecting a restricted area. A stationary linear induction motor moves the barrier by applying a magnetic field from the linear induction motor to a reaction fin attached to the barrier. The reaction fin has a rectangular beam or protrusion forming a groove on each side, which is engaged with guide members to guide the barrier. Holes are evenly spaced along the length of the reaction fin. Magnetic sensors sense the holes during movement of the barrier to determine the speed, position and direction of the barrier. A locking mechanism engages a pin into any one of the holes to lock the barrier in a fixed location. A heater is disposed within the rectangular beams or protrusions of the reaction fin to melt ice in cold weather environments. The system is operated by a main control logic that receives input data from the electronic sensors and controls the linear induction motor, heater and locking mechanism.
