摘要： A protection-cover opening/closing mechanism for a digital still camera includes an electromagnet having a stator around which an electromagnetic coil is formed and a movable member, a first lever to which the movable member is pivotally attached at a first end portion and which receives a rotational force, a second lever which is able to reciprocate on a stationary member, which is engageable with a second end portion of the first lever, and which is pressed toward an initial position thereof. While a CD-R is being operated, current is applied to the electromagnetic coil to restrain the movable member on the stator and thereby prevent the first lever from rotating, and the movement of the second lever in the direction away from the initial position is limited due to the engagement between the first lever and the second lever, thereby locking a protection cover at a closed position.

摘要： A player for magnetic tape recordings is provided, which comprises a cartridge holder adapted to receive therein a cartridge, guide grooves for guiding the holder, an ejecting member adapted to depress the holder and an ejecting mechanism for releasing the cartridge. The ejecting member is in the form of a lever. The ejecting mechanism serves to separate the lever from the holder with the advancement of the holder to retain the lever at an upper position separately from the cartridge holder, and to release the lever simultaneously with the starting of ejecting operation. Thus, the cartridge holder is pushed downward and ejected for removal. The player also includes two grooves intersecting each other at an angle of 90.degree. to 180.degree. on a line extending from the lever. These grooves serve to guide therealong both end of the ejecting lever to cause an arcuate movement of the lever.

摘要： A tape pack ejecting mechanism wherein a tape pack is loaded and unloaded into and from a pack receiving structure pivotally connected at one end portion thereof to a chassis so as to allow pivotal movement thereof, locking of the pack receiving structure in a tilted position is released by loading of the tape pack, bringing the tape pack into a horizontal playback position, and the pack receiving structure is again tilted through rotation of an engaging member upon depressing of an eject lever to eject the tape pack, which mechanism is characterized by a guide provided at one side portion of the pack receiving structure for guiding the loading and unloading of the tape pack; and eject operating member with a tension spring attached thereto which is slidably provided on the guide; said eject operating member having a hanging portion engageable with a rear end of the tape pack and a projection engageable with a lock portion formed on the engaging member; said tension spring being biased to urge when the tape pack is loaded into a playback mode; said engaging member being reset by the rebounding force of the urged spring to eject the tape pack through the operation of the engaging member rotated upon eject operation by the eject lever.
