    摘要: The present invention relates to adhesive-based battery isolation systems and methods of use. Embodiments of the present invention include utilizing one or more adhesive members to electrically isolate a used battery or electrical storage device such that it may be positioned back within an open package for storage without exposure to moisture. One embodiment of the present invention relates to an electrical storage and isolation system including an electrical storage device, a storage compartment, and at least one adhesive member. The storage compartment may be any form of storage compartment with a releasable opening such as conventional retail plastic package or a flexible retort type package. The system may include one or more adhesive members for use in electrically isolating an electrical storage device.

    摘要: Battery holder (100) consists of elastic bands (106a, 106b, 106c, 106d) and battery support plates (105a, 105b) on which terminal contacts (102a, 102b) are affixed. Battery (90) is inserted into said battery holder (100) between the battery support plates (105a and 105b) and held by elastic bands (106a, 106b, 106c, 106d) so that a negative battery electrode (109a) mates a negative terminal contact (102a) and a positive battery electrode (109b) mates a positive terminal contact (102b). The battery's position expands the elastic bands and, therefore, exerts tension between the battery support plates (105a, 105b) and the battery (90) so that the expanded battery holder maintains proper contact between the battery electrodes (109a, 109b) and the terminal contacts (102a, 102b).

    摘要: A module battery comprises cells each having an electric power generating element hermetically sealed in a package film, and cell holders on each of which each of the cells is mounted and held. The cell holders are formed in configurations so as to allow the cell holders to be freely stacked in a plurality of stages while permitting the cells to be retained thereon and to allow electrode tabs of the cells to be exposed between the cell holders neighboring in a stacking direction. Thus, the module battery can be formed in an easy assembly work.
