    摘要: A non-slip shoe insert set has a shoe insert and a shoe wearing aid. The shoe insert has a main foot resting portion and at least one reinforcing tab. The shoe wearing aid is a smooth sheet, is bendable, is slidably placed on the shoe insert, and has a slidable foot resting portion and at least one holding protrusion. With the smooth shoe wearing aid, a foot of a shoe wearer can easily slide into a shoe and the shoe wearing aid can be easily drawn out of the shoe. The shoe insert that has the non-slip surface allows the shoe wearer to walk or run steadily and securely. With the at least one reinforcing tab holding an insole of the shoe, the peripheral edge of the main foot resting portion of the shoe insert is not peeled off the insole easily.

The shoe element includes a lower section and an upper section. A looped body is configured to be positioned within the surgical shoe and to surround a circumference of an orthotic insert.     摘要: A force or pressure sensing device comprises one or more magnets resiliently held spaced from one or more magnetic sensors such that pressure on the device displaces the magnets relative to the magnetic field sensors. The device may be incorporated into an insole of a shoe, or integrated into a shoe, or integrated into a seat, cushion, mattress or saddle. The device includes one or more magnetic focussing elements on the opposite side of the magnetic field sensor from the magnets to focus and condition the magnetic field passing through the sensor. The magnetic focussing elements may be permanent magnets or magnetic materials having a high magnetic permeability such as mu-metals. Additional magnetic focussing elements may be placed adjacent to the magnets. Plural magnetic field sensors can be arranged in a symmetrical arrangement in a plane below the one or more magnets so that shear forces applied to the device causes lateral relative displacement of the magnet and magnetic field sensors changing the magnetic field sensed by the magnetic field sensors. The device can also include a motion detector such as an accelerometer which may be integral with the magnetic field sensor.

    摘要: A foot support for a prosthetic boot has a shape-holding layer and cushion layers on opposite sides of the shape-holding layer. Covers made of nylon and vinyl laminates surround the layers. The vinyl laminates are fused by welding edges of the cover around the foot support. The edge welding surrounds the foot support. An inner parallel welding holds a valve and forms an inflation passage. The inner welding continues around concave curved edges of the shape-holding and cushion layers and terminates where it rejoins the outer welding, forming an inflatable tarsal and metatarsal supporting chamber. A small hard pump has two ends to either increase or reduce pressure in the supporting chamber.
