摘要: A vehicle transmission housing has first and second axle housings pivotably connected to opposite ends of the transmission housing and a stand-on platform may be connected to the assembly. A first gear train in the first axle housing drives a first axle having a first axis of rotation. A second gear train is disposed in the second axle housing drives a second axle having a second axis of rotation collinear with the first axis of rotation. The axle housings are both capable of pivoting about the transmission housing about a third axis that is parallel to the first and second axes. The first and second axle housings may also be separately rigidly or flexibly connected to one another. This assembly permits adjustment of the ground heights of the platform with respect to a vehicle frame.

摘要: A hydraulic transaxle of the present invention includes an axle, a hydraulic static transmission (“HST”), a center case that has pair of oil passages for circulating the hydraulic oil between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, and a gear mechanism that transmits an output of the HST to the axle. A case supports the axle and accommodates the HST while also forming an oil reservoir. A hydraulic motor of the HST includes a motor shaft, a cylinder block with a plurality of cylinders fixed to the motor shaft, a plurality of pistons inserted into the cylinders, a fixed swash plate abutted by the plurality of pistons, and a fixed swash plate holder that supports the fixed swash plate with respect to the case. The motor shaft of the hydraulic motor is supported by the center case and the fixed swash plate holder.

摘要: A hydraulic motor apparatus includes a motor housing engaged to an end cap having a first porting system and an adapter connected to an external surface of the end cap and having a second porting system. A filter may be attached to the adapter and connected to the second porting system and a pressure reducing valve in the adapter is connected to the second porting system. The assembly may also include a controller operatively connected to the pressure reducing valve and system sensors measuring parameters affected by the output of the hydraulic motor apparatus, whereby the pressure reducing valve is operatively controlled by the controller in response to input from the system sensors.

摘要: A port plate for use in an integrated drive generator has a body defining a semi-cylindrical charge port communicating with two circumferentially smaller charge port portions. A diametrically opposed working pressure port has three smaller working pressure ports. A center plane is defined extending through a center axis of a bore within the body and equidistance between circumferential ends of the charge port and the working fluid port. A first angle is defined between the plane and a circumferential end of the smaller charge port. The first angle is between 15 and 25 degrees. An integrated drive generator and a method are also disclosed.

摘要: A hydraulic transaxle includes a transaxle casing including an upper transaxle housing and a lower casing, hydrostatic transmission (“HST”), and an axle. The HST has a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor that are fluidly connected to each other. The hydraulic motor has a motor shaft that is drivingly connected to the axle through a reduction gear train that is disposed between the hydraulic pump and the axle. Reduction gear train has a gear shaft supported by the upper transaxle housing via a ball bearing. At least a part of the upper transaxle housing is formed by a gear top cover made of metal and covering the reduction gear train. Ball bearing is supported by the upper transaxle housing and the gear top cover.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a hydro-mechanical transmission having two rotating groups that mount on a common shaft. At least one of the rotating groups operates as a variable displacement pump or motor. At least one of the rotating groups interacts with a torque transfer unit rotatable about the shaft axis relative to both the shaft and the rotating group. The torque transfer unit includes a valve plate, a swash plate and a torque output section that all rotate in unison with one another about the shaft axis relative to the shaft and the rotating group. The valve plate includes an inlet passage for inletting hydraulic fluid to the rotating group and an outlet passage for outletting hydraulic fluid from the rotating group.

摘要: A hydrostatic transaxle with a bypass mechanism is disclosed, the transaxle having a center section engaged to a housing, an axial piston pump disposed on the center section and driven by an input shaft, and an axial piston motor disposed on the center section having a cylinder block engaged to a motor output shaft. The pump is controlled by a swash plate having a pair of openings through which the input shaft and a bypass actuation rod pass. The bypass actuation rod has a cam formed on a first end that engages a block lift member. When the bypass actuation rod is rotated, the cam causes the block lift member to engage and lift the cylinder block of the axial piston motor off of the center section. A brake mechanism using brake puck disposed in a pocket formed in the center section is also disclosed.
