The alignment mark for use in the wafer alignment includes: a first mark formed on a semiconductor layer; a second mark formed adjacent to the first mark on the semiconductor layer; and a concave part formed between the first mark and the second mark by etching a partial portion of the semiconductor layer, wherein the alignment mark is used to align a wafer by detecting a zeroth order diffract light reflected from a sloped surface formed because of a difference in height between the concave part and the first or second mark.

摘要： The present invention relates to a structure for oxygen sensor of vehicles, having a fixture, a ceramics base, an oxygen sensing device, a ring binder and a pipe shroud, wherein the pair of tenons inside the fixture are inlaid into the ring binder's side fillisters. The ring binder is then rotated to have the tenons fit into the positioning fillisters so as to connect the fixture tightly with the ring binder. Finally, the ring binder is covered by a pipe shroud. With the revolving-to-stuck mechanism implemented on the joints between the fixture and the ring binder, it is convenient to repair or replace bad components during tests without damaging the fixture.

A floor sensor mounted on the elevator car detects position markings at floor levels along the travel direction and is connected to the evaluating units for evaluating the detected position markings against said scanned code words.

摘要： The invention relates to a position measuring system for scanning a movement between a first element and a second element which is arranged in a moveable manner in relation to the first element. Said system comprises a material measure which can be fixed to the first element and has a scale carrier, and a scanning head which can be fixed to the second element and which scans a movement of the material measure in relation to the scanning head. The inventive system comprises a mount by which means the material measure and the scanning head can be fixed to each other in a pre-determined position, the scanning head being detachably fixed to the scale carrier. In order to assembly one such position measuring system on a first element and a second element moving in relation thereto, the scanning head is fixed to the material measure in such a way that the scanning head and the material measure are mutually fixed in position. The material measure is then applied to the first element and the scanning head to the second element, the scanning head or the material measure being fixed to the respective element, filling the gap, in the position which is pre-determined by the positioned mount. The mount between the scanning head and the material measure is then detached.
