    摘要: Provided are a waveform analysis method and a waveform analysis device capable of preventing, in advance, a breakage accident during operation and preventing stoppage due to breakdown of machinery and performing efficient maintenance work by specifying a degraded part from among the parts that constitute the machinery. A waveform analysis device 30 is provided with; a signal analysis unit 31 for performing fast Fourier transform for a signal transmitted from a sensor 28 that detects a physical phenomenon in the machinery an impulse extraction unit 32 for extracting an impulse component from spectrum data generated by the signal analysis unit 31; a display unit 35 for displaying waveform data including the impulse component extracted by the impulse extraction unit 32; and a data editing unit 33 for editing, from data of a waveform including the impulse component displayed by the display unit 35, waveform data in a range selected via an input unit 36 by a worker, generating a graph displaying a frequency, a time, and the intensity of the impulse component, and displaying the graph on the display unit 35.

    摘要: A device, system, and method are provided for providing vibration data for rotating machinery. A sensor device is provided as a one-piece unit that is mechanically mounted to a pump. The sensor includes a vibration sensor, a processor, a wireless communications interface for exchanging data with a user device, and an internal battery. The processor is configured to receive a measurement request from the user device via the wireless communications interface. In response, the processor is further configured to configure the vibration sensor, receive data samples for multiple axes from the vibration sensor, and calculate a component velocity root mean square (vRMS) value, from the data samples, for each of the multiple axes. The processor may combine the component vRMS values into a sample vRMS value, and send a final vRMS value, based on the sample vRMS value, to the user device via the wireless communication interface.

    摘要: A vibration testing device to test vibration strength and frequency generated by an electronic device, includes a base, a vibration contact member, a transmission member, and a resilient member attached to the transmission member. The base includes a receiving space to receive the electronic device and a receiving hole in communication with the receiving space. The transmission member extends through the receiving hole and is rigidly attached to the vibration contact member. During testing, the electronic device directly abuts an end portion of the transmission member so that the vibration strength and frequency generated by the electronic device are directly transmitted to the vibration contact member.

    摘要: A method of matching sensors in a multi-probe blade vibration monitor for a turbine. The method includes providing at least two probes mounted in a casing of the turbine adjacent to a rotating blade structure of the turbine. Targets are provided on radially outer portions of the blade structure. Each of the probes includes a sensor generating signals corresponding to target passing events, and a set of synchronous harmonics of the rotational speed of the rotor are produced for each sensor. The position of the sensors is adjusted such that the sets of harmonics of the sensors are substantially matched, indicating that the positions of the sensors are matched.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of beat tuning in a slightly asymmetric ring-type structure, and can be effectively used to control the beat property of a structure such as a bell, which can be modeled to a slightly asymmetric ring.A method of beat tuning in a slightly asymmetric ring structure includes the steps of establishing an original ring model which simplifies said ring structure, establishing an equivalent imperfection mass model which is equivalent to said original ring model and has at least one or more point masses on an asymmetric ring, determining magnitudes and positions of the point masses in said equivalent imperfection mass model based on mode data of said original ring model, and determining magnitudes and positions of masses which should be added to or removed from said equivalent imperfection mass model in order to obtain desired beat properties.

The tone generator data storage region is searched upon occurrence of performance information indicative of a change of tone color, to determine whether tone color data selected by the change of tone color are stored in the tone generator data storage region, and musical tone generation is controlled such that when a result of the searching indicates that the tone color data selected by the change of tone color are stored in the tone generator data storage region, a musical tone is generated based on the tone color data, and, when the tone color data selected by the change of tone color are not stored in the tone generator data storage region, the tone color data are read out from a storage medium storing the selected tone color data, and transferred to and stored in the tone generator data storage region, while generating a musical tone based on other tone color data similar to the selected tone color data.

    摘要: Various embodiments of an apparatus for measuring binding kinetics of an interaction of an analyte material present in a fluid sample are disclosed. The apparatus includes a sensing resonator having at least one binding site for the analyte material; actuation circuitry adapted to drive the sensing resonator into an oscillating motion; measurement circuitry coupled to the sensing resonator and adapted to measure an output signal of the sensing resonator representing resonance characteristics of the oscillating motion of the sensing resonator; and a controller coupled to the actuation and measurement circuitry, wherein the controller is adapted to detect an individual binding event between the at least one binding site and a molecule of the analyte material.
