摘要: A guide vane for deflecting flue gas in a wet stack comprises a front guiding face and an opposite back face and a condensate collector for removing liquid droplets from the flue gas. The condensate collector comprises an enclosure having an inlet for entering flue gas in the front guiding face of the guiding vane, and an outlet for leaving flue gas. The enclosure defines a flow path for flue gas from the inlet to the exit, where liquid droplets will be removed from the flue gas. The condensate collector also is provided with a gutter for collecting liquid droplets separated from the flue gas.

A swirling flow is formed in the second pipe as the center of the airflow passed through the opening flows into the second pipe at a position that is eccentric from the second pipe axis.

摘要: Methods of recirculating clean air in an atmosphere of an enclosure comprise directing an input air stream from the atmosphere of the enclosure through a coiled duct at a rate sufficient to stratify the input air stream within the coiled duct according to a molecular weight of components of the input air stream and to form a heavy fraction stream and a light fraction stream, wherein the heavy fraction stream is relatively enriched in carbon dioxide as compared to the light fraction stream; withdrawing the heavy fraction stream from the coiled duct; and returning the light fraction stream from the coiled duct to the atmosphere of the enclosure.

摘要: Inertial particle separators having an axially translating or a deformable poppet component are described. The poppet component axially translates to accommodate a wide range of flowrates through the inertial particle separator. In some arrangements, the poppet component is biased by a spring towards a closed or restricted position. The variable flowrate and constriction provided by the poppet maintains a substantially constant pressure drop and separation efficiency during operation across a wide range of flowrates through the separators.

摘要: The present invention provides a blade group for demisting and dedusting, comprising a plurality of blades that are annularly arranged and a support mechanism for fixing the blades; wherein the blade comprises a section of curved plate, a cross section of the curved plate being a gradually-varied arc curve whose curvature increases progressively along an airflow direction. When gas carrying fine mist droplets or fine dust particles are passing through the blade group for demisting and dedusting, since the gas is different from the mist droplets or dust particles in terms of mass, separation of the gas from the liquid or dust under the effect of inertia is promoted. Especially, the gradually-varied blade curve enables the droplets or dusts to be captured and removed efficiently under the effect of a constantly-varied inertia and a drag force, which remarkably improves the working efficiency in combination with a washing device.

摘要: A separation tank useful to separate a compressed gas from a byproduct of compression (such as a lubricant/coolant used in the compression process) can include one or more baffles. The baffles used in the separation tank can include a number of passages to permit a flow of compressed gas to pass. The passages can include a louver to assists in directing the flow and/or assist in further separation of the compressed gas from the lubricant/coolant. The louvers can appear on one side of the baffle, and in one form are located solely on the downstream side of the baffle. The baffle can include a relief for liquid leveling within the tank. Any number of approaches can be used to make the baffle, including cutting and/or stamping.
