Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of performing motion compensation by using motion vector prediction. To this end, a method of decoding an image may include: generating multiple motion vector candidate lists according to an inter-prediction direction of a current block; deriving multiple motion vectors for the current block by using the multiple motion vector candidate lists; determining multiple prediction blocks for the current block by using the multiple motion vectors; and obtaining a final prediction block for the current block based on the multiple prediction blocks.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of encoding/decoding an image. The image decoding method includes decoding information on a quantization matrix from a bitstream, acquiring a quantization matrix of a current block based on the information on the quantization matrix, and dequantizing the current block using the quantization matrix of the current block. The acquiring of the quantization matrix of the current block includes deriving a single identifier using at least one of a size of the current block, a prediction mode or a color component, and acquiring the quantization matrix of the current block based on the single identifier.

Abstract: Disclosed therein are a method, an apparatus, and a storage medium for image encoding/decoding. Templating matching is used for prediction for a target block. Prediction information to be applied to encoding of the target block is determined, and prediction for the target block that uses the determined prediction information is performed. The prediction information includes a list and multiple candidates in the list. When the multiple candidates in the list are configured, template matching between blocks may be used. A candidate selected from among multiple candidates configured using template matching is used for prediction for the target block.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for encoding/decoding audio signal are provided. The encoding method includes transforming an input audio signal in a time domain into an audio signal in a frequency domain, quantizing energy of a frequency band of the audio signal in the frequency domain, generating a normal signal by normalizing the audio signal in the frequency domain according to quantized energy, obtaining a feature vector including information on the energy of the frequency band based on the normal signal and the input audio signal, quantizing the feature vector, obtaining a scale factor used to scale the normal signal based on the quantized feature vector, quantizing an adjustment signal into which the normal signal has been scaled based on the scale factor, and outputting bitstreams based on the quantized energy, the quantized feature vector, and the quantized adjustment signal.
