The apparatus comprises a housing providing a space isolated from an outside and having an upper surface opened/closed by a cover; an upper electrode assembly mounted in the housing being separated from the cover so that its position is maintained when opening and closing the cover; a lower electrode assembly mounted below the upper electrode assembly to be moveable vertically in the housing; and means for moving the lower electrode assembly vertically. In addition, transparent observation windows are provided at a center of an upper assembly so that it is possible to check an alignment state of the wafer from the outside.

    摘要: Provided is an interleaving method that can reduce error occurring during transmission at a receiving end in an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system. According to the interleaving method, transmitted data bits are recorded in an interleaving memory; and the stored data bits are read based on a predetermined sequence to perform symbol interleaving, tone interleaving and cyclic shift simultaneously. Also, to simplify the logic of the OFDM system, the data bits transmitted from an interleaver go through Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) mapping, and the FFT mapped data bits are modulated. In short, the logic can be simplified by performing FFT mapping followed by modulation.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing an protein monolayer using a peptide hybrid for protein immobilization, more precisely a peptide hybrid for protein immobilization which has improved solubility by introducing a PEG linker and a proper reaction group to the oligopeptide having specific affinity to selected types of proteins and is designed to provide enough space between solid substrates and proteins immobilized, whereby various solid substrates treated by the hybrid catch specific proteins effectively on. The peptide hybrid for protein immobilization of the present invention facilitates the control of orientation of an antibody on various solid surfaces and immobilization of various antibodies of different origins or having different isotypes with different affinity. Therefore, the surface treatment technique using the peptide hybrid of the invention can be effectively used for the production of various immunosensors and immune chips.

Furthermore, the data replication system includes a web service module configured to check the contents of the second interface table before the first application performs a specific processing operation.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a superconducting wire is provided. A MgB2 superconducting wire capable of obtaining a stabilizer through an inexpensive process can have high critical current density and magnetic field characteristics without separate plastic. A seamed portion of the wire can be welded to make it possible to plate the wire with conductive materials and inhibit a decrease in quality of superconducting powder. It is possible to obtain a stabilizer without inserting the superconducting powder into a tube.
