Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water absorbent article that has high water absorbency and high flexibility and, when used as a cleaning sheet, shows excellent ability to collect waste and dust even on a wet floor, etc. The method according to the present invention for manufacturing a water absorbent article (1) is characterized by comprising: a fiber lamination step for laminating a flexibility-imparting layer (6) having water absorbency on a liquid-permeable surface sheet layer (5) to form a sheet body (35); an emboss processing step for embossing the sheet body (35), said sheet body (35) being in a non-wet state, to form a bulky part provided with a number of peaks and valleys in the sheet body (35); and a binder impregnation step for, after the emboss processing step, supplying a binder to the sheet body (35) from an external surface side and thus impregnating the sheet body (35) with the binder.
Abstract:
To provide a method of producing water-disintegrable paper capable of addressing a disadvantage of adhesion of a base-paper sheet to an embossing apparatus when the base-paper sheet impregnated with a water-soluble binder is embossed, achieving simple manufacturing and low manufacturing cost, and minimizing the likelihood of paper powder remaining on a dry surface of a cleaned object after use.To produce water-disintegrable paper, a base-paper sheet 2 in a non-wet state before a water-soluble binder is impregnated is embossed in order to form a bulking unit 17, made up of a plurality of uneven elements 12, on the base-paper sheet 2; a water-soluble binder solution 5 is sprayed to the base-paper sheet 2 having the bulking unit 17 formed, from outside of a face of the base-paper sheet 2 to impregnate the water-soluble binder solution 5 into the base-paper sheet 2; the base-paper sheet 2 impregnated with the water-soluble binder solution 5 is dried; the base-paper sheet 2 is folded after the drying; and an aqueous chemical solution is sprayed to the base-paper sheet 2 thus being folded to impregnate the aqueous chemical solution into the base-paper sheet 2.
Abstract:
A method of producing water-disintegrable paper, including: using a base-paper supplied with no water to emboss the base-paper sheet in a non-wet state to form a bulking unit, made up of a plurality of uneven elements, on the base-paper sheet; supplying the water-soluble binder to the base-paper sheet from outside of a face of the base-paper sheet after the embossing process to impregnate the water-soluble binder into the base-paper sheet; drying the base-paper sheet after the binder impregnation process; folding the base-paper sheet after the drying process; and supplying an aqueous chemical and/or a crosslinker to the base-paper sheet before or after the folding process to impregnate the aqueous chemical into the base-paper sheet.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a wipe dispenser having a bag-shaped wipe accommodation body in which a wipe stacked body is accommodated and a holding frame body used to hold the wipe accommodation body in an upright position. The wipe accommodation body is formed into a substantially cuboid shape, has a wipe taking-out hole, which is used to take out a sheet of wipe separated from the wipe stacked body, at a front surface thereof, and has a cover body used to open and close the wipe taking-out hole. The holding frame body has a seat plate on which a bottom surface of the wipe accommodation body is placed and a back plate vertically arranged on the seat plate, and the wipe accommodation body is fixed to at least one of the seat plate and the back plate.
Abstract:
A wipe dispenser includes: a stack of wipes; a storage body provided with a take-out hole member that enables a wipe to be pulled out from a take-out hole; and a lid that can close and open the take-out hole from the outside. An orifice member, in which an orifice is formed for applying resistance to the wipe when the wipe is pulled out from the take-out hole, is provided between the take-out hole member and the stack of wipes; and the orifice of the orifice member is configured to move to a deeper side of the storage body according to an amount by which a bulk of the stack of wipes is reduced as a result of the wipes being pulled out from the take-out hole. The orifice member is supported by the take-out hole member and biased toward the deeper side of the storage body.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a wipe container holder and a wipe dispenser that can be handled with ease and used in a wide variety of ways. The wipe container holder includes a seat plate, and a back plate and a side plate erected on the seat plate, and a fixing portion for fixing a wipe container is provided on at least one of the seat plate, the back plate, and the side plate.
Abstract:
A wet tissue packaging unit provided with: a storage container, which is capable of storing a continuous body of wet tissues in which separating parts are formed at each of prescribed intervals; a take-out port formation member having a take-out port formation part, which is attached to the opening of the storage container and in which is formed a take-out port for imparting resistance when the continuous body of wet tissues passes therethrough, and a storage space capable of storing the leading end of the continuous body of wet tissues that passed through the take-out port; and a cover section that freely opens and closes from the outside of the storage space, wherein there is provided a linking part for linking the storage space of the take-out port formation member and the space inside the storage container in an area other than the take-out port.
