摘要： A wireless device receives one or more radio resource control message comprising configuration parameters of a plurality of cells. An activation command indicating activation of a plurality of secondary cells (SCells) of the plurality of cells is received. A first downlink control information (DCI), comprising a power saving indication bitmap, is received. Each bit of the power saving indication bitmap indicates whether to monitor a downlink control channel on a corresponding activated SCell of the plurality of SCells. The wireless device starts monitoring a downlink control channel of an activated SCell of the activated SCells, in response to a bit, of the power saving indication bitmap, corresponding to the activated SCell, indicating monitoring the downlink control channel. A second DCI is received via the downlink control channel.

A medium access control control element (MAC CE) is received. The MAC CE indicates first pathloss RSs of the plurality of pathloss RSs for the first panel. The MAC CE indicates second pathloss RSs of the plurality of pathloss RSs for the second panel. A downlink control information (DCI) is received. The DCI indicates a first pathloss RS. The DCI indicates a second pathloss RS. The wireless device transmits, via the first panel, a first uplink transport block with a first uplink transmission power determined based on the first pathloss RS. The wireless device transmits, via the second panel, a second uplink transport block with a second uplink transmission power determined based on the second pathloss RS.

A PUCCH resource group is selected, based on the control resource set, from the plurality of PUCCH resource groups. A spatial relation information corresponding to a first PUCCH resource of the selected PUCCH resource group is determined. An uplink transport block is transmitted via the uplink grant based on the spatial relation information.

In response to the detection, a first candidate beam set of the plurality of candidate beam sets is determined based on the monitoring priority. A candidate beam is selected from the first candidate beam set. A preamble associated with the candidate beam for the beam failure recovery is transmitted.

A determination is made that the completing occurs during a time duration of a second change of a second active BWP of the second cell. Based on the determining, the first change of the first active BWP is delayed until the second change of the second active BWP is completed.

摘要： A wireless device receives message(s) comprising: a first value for a downlink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round-trip-time (RTT) timer; and a second value for a downlink discontinuous reception (DRX) retransmission timer. A downlink control information indicating downlink transmission of a transport block is received. The downlink HARQ RTT timer is started with the first value in response to receiving the downlink control information. The first value indicates a first number of symbols. The downlink DRX retransmission timer is started with the second value in response to the downlink HARQ RTT timer expiring and the transport block not being successfully decoded. The second value indicates a second number of slot lengths. A downlink control channel is monitored while the downlink DRX retransmission timer is running.
