A width in the short direction of the supporting substrate partition wall is smaller than a width in the short direction of the liquid chamber partition wall and greater than a width of the wiring layer pattern.

摘要： A polyvinyl chloride resin composition contains: from 0.005 to 5 parts by weight of a polyvinyl alcohol having a viscosity average degree of polymerization of from 100 to 3000 and having a ratio Mw/Mn of a weight average molecular weight Mw to a number average molecular weight Mn of from 2.2 to 4.9; and from 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a zinc compound, based on 100 parts by weight of a polyvinyl chloride resin. A polyvinyl chloride resin composition is thereby provided that enables to obtain a shaped article thereof excellent in thermal stability while being shaped and less colored.

Accordingly, optical signals propagating in the PIC may experience less loss, and, thus, improved performance may be achieved. In addition, active components may be bent or curved in order to obtain a more compact layout with greater device density. Reduced manufacturing costs can therefore be realized.

摘要： According to one embodiment, a PLL circuit generates a first signal of 1/m times from a reference clock and a second signal of 1/n times from an output of an oscillator, obtains a quantized phase difference corresponding to a shift amount between the both signals, integrates the phase difference, predicts a control value for the oscillator based on the integrated value, converts the predicted control value into an analog value. Sequential integration is performed for the phase difference until the polarity of the phase difference is reversed from negative to positive and then from positive to negative again, or until the polarity is reversed from positive to negative and then from negative to positive again, a predictive weight value is generated by multiplying the integrated value by a predictive coefficient value of optional ratio, and the control value is obtained by adding the predictive weight value to the integrated value.

The inkjet head further includes an upper layer insulator film; an intermediate layer insulator film; and a lower layer insulator film. The intermediate layer insulator film and the upper layer insulator film have openings for exposing the piezoelectric elements.

The luminescent substance is excited by providing the laser light to the luminescent substance so as to emit light, and the light is reflected by the elliptical reflection mirror. The laser light guide is disposed in a shade area in which the light reflected by the elliptical reflection mirror is blocked by the discharge chamber.

The OLT includes a plurality of photonic integrated circuits that have both optical transmitters and receivers provided therein. Accordingly, the OLT may have fewer components and a simpler, more reliable and cost-effective design than a conventional OLT including discrete components. In addition, various ONU configurations are provided that also have a simple design and fewer components. Thus, ONUs consistent with the present disclosure may also have reduced costs.
