摘要: According to one embodiment, an interference filter includes a base body, a lower semi-transmissive layer, and an upper semi-transmissive layer. The base body includes a major surface. The lower semi-transmissive layer is provided on the major surface. The upper semi-transmissive layer is provided on the lower semi-transmissive layer. The base body, the lower and upper semi-transmissive layers form a first region to selectively transmit blue light, a second region to selectively transmit green light, and a third region to selectively transmit red light, arranged in a plane parallel to the major surface. A distance between the lower semi-transmissive layer and the upper semi-transmissive layer in the second region is shorter than a distance between the lower semi-transmissive layer and the upper semi-transmissive layer in the first region, and shorter than a distance between the lower semi-transmissive layer and the upper semi-transmissive layer in the third region.

摘要: An arithmetic operation circuit provided in a delta-sigma modulator of a delta-sigma A/D converter includes two reference capacitors which are respectively provided at a positive side input node and a negative side input node of an operational amplifier. When a signal corresponding to an output of the modulator is added or subtracted to or from an input signal, the amount of charge added to the input node of the operational amplifier is made to be always the same regardless of the reference voltage by complementarily switching the connection of the reference capacitors at the positive side input node and the negative side input node, and thereby the potential of the input node of the operational amplifier is made to converge to the common mode potential of the circuit.

摘要: In conventional semiconductor devices, an insufficient supply of the resin to the end portions of the components that should be encapsulated is caused, resulting in an insufficient permeation of the resin into gaps between the components and the substrate, causing a spreading resin-wet. A semiconductor device 1 includes a mounting interconnect substrate 10, a semiconductor chip 20 mounted on the mounting interconnect substrate 10, an underfill resin 30 provided in a gap between the mounting interconnect substrate 10 and the semiconductor chip 20 and a flow-inducing section 40 provided in vicinity of the semiconductor chip 20 on the mounting interconnect substrate 10 and being capable of inducing a flow of the underfill resin 30 to the gap.
