摘要： Provided is a method for performing random access of a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method receives information about at least one first sub-frame from a base station, selects at least one second sub-frame from at least one first sub-frame, and transmits a random access preamble in a randomly selected sub-frame from at least one second sub-frame if the terminal is a specific type. If the terminal is not a specific type, the random access preamble is transmitted from the randomly selected sub-frame from at least one first sub-frame.

摘要： A method and apparatus of transmitting a scheduling request to request uplink resources are provided. A user equipment receives a scheduling request (SR) configuration and a transmission indicator from a first serving cell. The transmission indicator enables the simultaneous transmission of the SR and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The user equipment transmits a SR on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a subframe to the first serving cell and transmits uplink data on the PUSCH in the subframe to a second serving cell.

The method includes: receiving a report configuration from a serving cell, the report configuration including detection basis information; detecting whether a cell is present based on the detection basis information; transmitting, by the UE, a detection report reporting the detected cell is present to the serving cell; receiving a measurement configuration used for measuring the detected cell from the serving cell; measuring the cell based on the measurement configuration; and performing mobility with the cell.

摘要： A method for communication based on mobility evaluation in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes: receiving evaluation basis information from a network, the evaluation basis information basis information comprising an offset value for mobility evaluation and a domain condition; determining whether the domain condition is satisfied; performing the mobility evaluation for at least one neighbor cell based on the offset value, if the domain condition is satisfied; and selecting a cell among the at least one neighbor cell as a mobility target cell, if a result of the mobility evaluation satisfies a predetermined criterion.

摘要： A method and apparatus of reporting logged measurements of an user equipment in a wireless communication system is provided. The user equipment in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected mode receives from a base station a Minimization of Drive Tests (MDT) configuration. The user equipment transitions from the RRC connected mode to an RRC idle mode and logs measurements based on the MDT configuration. The user equipment transmits to the base station a logging indicator indicating an availability of the logged measurement.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for reporting a measurement result in a wireless communication system. A terminal configures a plurality of serving cells, and performs measurement on the plurality' of serving cells. When a measurement report is triggered, the terminal determines whether or not a quality of at least one serving cell from among the plurality of serving cells is lower than an auxiliary' threshold value. The measurement report includes the quality of a best neighboring cell at a serving frequency of the serving cell the quality of which is lower than the auxiliary threshold value.

摘要： A method and corresponding apparatus for performing minimization of drive tests (MDT) in a mobile communication system are provided. The method may include receiving, by a base station, a control message from a user equipment (UE). The control message may be one of a MDT prohibit indication configured to indicate the base station should not select the UE for performing MDT, a UE status indication including at least one first UE parameter to be used by the base station when selecting MDT UEs, and a MDT measurement rejection when at least one second UE parameter differs from a predetermined UE parameter threshold.
