摘要： A weight storage peg for supporting free weight plates from an exercise superstructure includes a bar extending from a fastener. An exterior surface of the bar is provided by a nylon casting around a cylindrical tube weldment. The nylon casting tapers from a wider portion adjacent the free end to a narrower portion nearer the fastener. The nylon casting also provides a mounting flange around the head of a female threaded mounting bolt, with the female threaded mounting bolt welded to a cylindrical tube to form the cylindrical tube weldment.

The body is sized to be received in holes on uprights of the superstructure to attach one or more accessories thereto. The head is significantly larger in diameter than the body, but thin with a circular profile and radiused corner. The stud member includes a thread portion which mates into a threaded recess in the body of the peg member, with the heads opposing each other on opposite sides of the upright.

摘要： A sports training agility ladder is usable in a flat ladder position with the ladder rungs on or close to the ground. The ladder may also be moved into and used in a hurdle position where a bridge or center section of each rung is raised up off of the ground. The ladder accordingly provides advantages of an agility ladder and of hurdles. Each rung may have permanently attached left and right tubes forming a frame. Left and right elastic cords may extend through the left and right tubes. The ladder is consequently easily and compactly folded up for storage and transport, and quickly and easily unfolded for use in either the ladder position or the hurdle position.

摘要： A segmented flotation device available in a plurality of colors, sizes, and configurations is disclosed. Each flotation device includes one or more buoyant members strung together with an elastic band. A recessed cup at each end of the device stores a coupler which is in turn secured to the elastic band. The coupler is configured with couplers for interconnecting flotation devices to create a variety of shapes and structures such as grids, float mats, and long float lines. A cord lock may be provided on the elastic band for adjusting the preloaded tension. A plurality of flotation devices can be packaged with other accessories connectable to the devices for creating a seat, mat, island or other structure, for holding beverages, or for providing awning structure.
