摘要: A battery module includes an array body in which a plurality of battery cells are arranged, a plurality of harnesses extending in an array direction of the battery cells in the array body and having connecting terminals of tips connected to electrode terminals of the predetermined battery cells, and a binding member configured to bind the plurality of harnesses in a harness bundle, wherein the harnesses branched off from the binding member have flexure between a position at which the harnesses are bound by the binding member and connecting positions of the electrode terminals and the connecting terminals.

摘要: Provided are a pack main body of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in which a battery cell is embedded, and a terminal portion provided on a front face of the pack main body. The pack main body includes bevelled portions at corner portions formed by a top face and a bottom face and opposite side faces. The terminal portion is provided, in a protruding manner, on the front face at a position biased with respect to centre lines in a width direction and a height direction. The corner portions on one side have a chamfered shape and the corner portions on the other side have a rounded shape.

摘要: A battery cell assembly for use in a battery module including a battery cell that includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode and a rigid frame coupled to the battery cell. The rigid frame includes a first frame connector and a second frame connector. The frame is configured to facilitate electrical coupling of the positive electrode of the battery cell with the first frame connector, and to facilitate electrical coupling of the negative electrode of the battery cell with the second frame connector. The first and second frame connectors are configured to interface with frame connectors of other battery cell assemblies to facilitate physical and electrical connection of a plurality of battery cell assemblies disposed in a stacked orientation relative to each other.

摘要: A power storage device including a battery containing body and a first guide rail for receiving a first end portion on a lower side of the body and a second guide rail for receiving a second end portion on an upper side of the body. The first guide rail includes a higher side plate and a lower side plate and extend in an insertion direction, and a receiving portion including a stopper. A first protrusion portion that, when removing the battery containing body, engages with the stopper, thereby preventing the battery containing body from dropping A second protrusion portion that, when the battery containing body is turned upside down, engages with the higher side plate, thereby blocking the insertion. When an attempt to remove the battery containing body from the receiving portion is made, the second protrusion portion engages with the stopper, thereby preventing it from dropping.

摘要: A cylindrical battery includes a pair of female terminals. One of the pair of female terminals is placed at the axial center of the battery, and provided to recede from one end surface of the battery. The other terminal is placed in a position away from the axial center, to recede from the one end surface of the battery. A male thread portion is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the battery. A handle portion is provided on another end surface of the battery. A female thread portion to be threadedly engaged with the male thread portion is provided in an inner peripheral surface of the battery box. A pair of male terminals are provided on a bottom surface of the battery box. The battery is designed to be detachably mounted inside the battery box by being rotated inside the battery box.

摘要: A battery management system includes a master control unit coupled to a plurality of batteries, at least one battery status unit providing data on the status the batteries and a power determination unit providing a measure of the power draw required from the batteries. The master control unit controls the batteries to activate only the number to meet the required power draw. The power determination unit can determine the maximum safe power to a device coupled to the batteries, the master control unit then activating a number of batteries having a combined power capacity not exceeding the safe maximum power. The system allows for a large number of batteries to be coupled to an electrical device and for these to be controlled so as not to produce a current which is too high for the device.
