摘要： A carton for holding containers is disclosed. The carton can be converted from a first configuration for storing and shipping containers therein to a second configuration in which the carton forms an open-top cooler for chilling and serving the containers. According to an embodiment, a handle is formed in a top panel and end panels of the carton in the first configuration. Conversion of the carton from the first configuration to the second configuration can be accomplished by detaching the handle from the top panel and folding open portions of the top panel and end panels.

摘要： A plant carrier includes a floor and sides with a cutout for holding a potted plant therein. The cutout in the sides defines an area for exposing the foliage of the plant and each side has a pair of upwardly extending spaced-apart arms terminating in a handle. The arms of one side interlock with the corresponding arms on the opposite side with a buckle lock. The floor of the carrier, in one embodiment, includes upwardly formed tabs for stabilizing the bottom of a pot inserted therein. The carrier is typically made of a water-resistant material, such as a polymeric material, for strength and durability. The sides may include decorative and/or information indicia printed thereon.

The carton includes at least one detachable portion to be detached from at least a portion of one of the end walls and the side walls. The at least one detachable portion to be detached from the carton defining an opening at the exiting end through which containers may be removed. The exiting end opening has a size. The carton includes upper and lower retention portions formed from the end wall at the exiting end. At least one of the upper and lower retention portions is hingedly connected to at least one of the top wall and the bottom wall for increasing the size of the exiting end opening to facilitate removal of the containers.
