The camera flash systems include a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter receives camera output data from a camera that includes exposure power data for at least one flash device remote to the transmitter and user input data that includes adjustments to the flash exposure power data for the at least one flash device. The transmitter is operable to transmit the adjusted flash exposure power data to the at least one flash device. The receiver receives the adjusted flash exposure power data from the transmitter and is operable to transmit the adjusted flash exposure power data to a flash device.

The projector includes a light source, a grid mask positioned between the light source and the object for structured illumination of the object, and a first Wavefront Coding (WFC) element having a phase modulating mask positioned between the grid mask and the object to receive patterned light from the light source through the grid mask. The first WFC element is constructed and arranged such that a point spread function of the projector is substantially invariant over a wider range of depth of field of the grid mask than a point spread function of the projector without the first WFC element.

    摘要: An electronic device may be provided with an electronic component such as a camera light source containing a light-emitting diode. During operation, the light-emitting diode may produce heat. Thermally conducting elastomeric structures may have features such as sidewalls that mate with external surface of the camera light source or other electronic component to dissipate heat from the electronic component. Metal structures such as a bracket may be used to press the elastomeric structures and the electronic component towards a wall of a housing for the electronic device. Support structures may be interposed between the wall of the housing and the elastomeric structures. The support structures may have an opening that is aligned with an opening in the housing wall. Insert structures may be received within the opening in the support structures. The electronic component may be aligned with the insert structures and the opening in the support structures.

The light channels are formed by generally planar intersection of strips, the strips preferably made of a flexible fabric material and having slots with corresponding slots on other strips. Optionally, a deployable frame may be provided to help support the grid.
